Members of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie’s Private Equity and Venture Capital and Tax teams, Folake Elias-Adebowale, Temiloluwa Olowu, Kelechi Ibe and Aanu Odunaike, have contributed the “Spotlight on West Africa” segment of the recently issued African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA) Activity Report 2022 published this month.
The Report is the 8th edition since its first release, and explores the current state of private capital across Africa and provides deep insights into fundraising, investments and exits in different regions of the continent, with comparative data and findings highlighted including on private capital deals by volume, value and median size from 2016 to 2021.
