UUBO’s Fintech Team is pleased to have hosted an engaging networking session, themed ‘Overview of the SEC Rules on Issuance, Offering Platforms & Custody of Digital Assets’, which held on Thursday, 23rd June 2022.
During the session, we analysed the offering of security tokens by public companies in Nigeria and the impact of the rules on digital asset related businesses in Nigeria and had interactive discussions on topical issues in the Fintech sector. The event was well attended by some UUBO Alumni and key players in the Fintech space.
